MSI United States offers individuals and organizations in the United States the opportunity to help vulnerable women and girls in 37 countries worldwide decide if and when to have children through access to contraception and safe abortion.

We also work with advocacy groups, researchers, the media and policymakers to share evidence and stories of women’s hopes and dreams realized.

When women and girls make decisions about their bodies and their futures, entire societies benefit. Stand with MSI and enable women and girls to imagine bright futures and realize control over their own bodies.
